Rokinon 100mm T3.1 Macro Cine DS Lens for Canon EF Mount

The Rokinon 100mm T3.1 Macro Cine DS Lens employs a multi-layer coating technique to ensure uniform color reproduction across different lenses, effectively addressing the challenge of building a cohesive lens set over time. Designed for the Canon EF Mount, this lens incorporates industry-standard geared focus and iris rings that align with those of other Rokinon Cine DS lenses. To facilitate focus pullers operating from either side of the lens, both the aperture and focus scales are clearly marked on both sides.

This 100mm lens offers a 24.8 angle of view when utilized with a full-frame sensor camera or a 35mm SLR. It is particularly suitable for macro videography, allowing for the capture of images that are life-sized or larger on the sensor. Comprising 15 glass elements arranged in 12 groups, the lens delivers sharply defined images with minimal distortion and chromatic aberrations, achieving a minimum focus distance of 1 foot. Additionally, a removable lens hood is included to protect against flare when shooting without a matte box, and the lens features a threaded front that accommodates 67mm filter rings.
