The Pelican 1560TP Case featuring the TrekPak Divider System is a robust, watertight, airtight, dust-resistant, chemical-proof, and corrosion-resistant hard case designed to safeguard various types of equipment from environmental factors. Constructed from ultra-high impact structural copolymer, it offers exceptional strength and durability. The case is equipped with a 0.25″ (6.4 mm) neoprene o-ring and two easy-to-open double throw latches that ensure a secure seal. Additionally, it includes a built-in automatic pressure equalization valve to accommodate fluctuations in altitude or temperature. The hardware is made of stainless steel, and padlock protectors enhance its resilience against cutting and theft. For ease of transport, the case features comfortable rubber over-molded handles on the top and sides, a retractable pull extension handle, and integrated wheels.

The TrekPak Divider System offers a lightweight alternative to conventional padded dividers, incorporating pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins, and a user-friendly cutting tool. To organize your equipment, simply place it in the case, measure and cut the divider sections, and secure them with the steel U-pins. Additional divider material is provided for instances when your equipment needs change. The 7/16″ thick divider sections are constructed from waterproof, closed cell foam, which is laminated to a durable, corrugated plastic panel that is resistant to tearing and shredding. The TrekPak system is complemented by 1″ foam at the bottom and lid, ensuring comprehensive 360-degree protection for your gear. The 1560 case is NATO-codified and has been tested to meet IP-67 (Ingress Protection) and Def Stan 81-41/STANAG 4280 standards.
