Laowa Venus Optics KX-800 Flexible Macro Twin Flash

In addition to their remarkable advancement in unique macro lenses, Venus Optics has developed the KX-800 Flexible Macro Twin Flash, designed to effectively illuminate close-up subjects. This flash features a twin design, with each head affixed to an 18.9″ long flexible arm. It offers a guide number of 190′ at ISO 100, and each head is equipped with independent output control, allowing for precise adjustment of the light ratio to suit the scene. Furthermore, manual power settings range from 1/1 to 1/128, providing eight levels of adjustment.

To aid in achieving critical focus on small subjects, an LED assist light is included, which can be positioned precisely where needed thanks to its own flexible arm. The flash also boasts a rapid recycle time of 2-5 seconds, ensuring that you can capture fast-moving subjects without missing a moment. To ensure compatibility with a wide range of cameras, it is equipped with a standard hot shoe mount and a PC sync terminal located on the side. The device operates on four AA batteries.
