This power battery holder designed exclusively for the OM SYSTEM OM-1 offers the same controls in the vertical position as the horizontal position. When two BLX-1 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Batteries in the camera and the HLD-10 are used together, approximately 1,000 shots (based on CIPA tests) can be captured. When attached to the OM SYSTEM OM-1, the BLX-1 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery can be charged inside the HLD-10.
