4K Photo and Video Modes
The G7s 4K PHOTO function allows you to play, pause, and extract individual high-resolution photos from 4K Ultra HD video filmed at 30 frames per second so youre assured of capturing those split-second magical moments.
The 4K PHOTO function includes three different modes, all leveraging the G7s 30-frames-per-second video capture rate.

• 4K Burst Continually captures 8 megapixel photos when the shutter button remains pressed.

• 4K Burst S/S (Start/Stop) -Simply record a 4K video and then Play, Pause and Extract any frame as an 8 megapixel photo. Its the easiest way ever to capture that perfect photo.

• 4K Pre-Burst mode initiates a 4K video sequence one second before and after the shutter button is pressed. This gives you an extra 60 images from which to select and is perfect for those unpredictable, spur-of-the-moment photo ops.

Micro 4/3-Sized Sensor and Lens Mount
The Lumix DMC-GH3 features a Micro 4/3-sized sensor that is big enough for shallow depth of field and small enough to keep things light with more compact lenses. The Micro 4/3 lens mount is compatible with Panasonic’s family of Lumix G lenses.
