The Universal Stud is the best solution for stable and secure mounting of Scrim Jim Cine frames and Flex LED mats. Featuring a heavy-duty all-brass construction, this stud is designed with one 1/4-20 threaded male end and one 3/8-16 threaded male end. The Universal Stud can be used in combination with any industry-standard clamp, grip head, or female threaded stud.

This stud is perfectly paired with the Flex Dual-Socket Magic Arm. By inserting the Universal Stud into the Flex Dual-Socket Magic Arm with the 3/8-16 end exposed, filmmakers and photographers can effortlessly mount Scrim Jim Cine frames and fabrics up to 4 x 4. This is due to the built-in 3/8-16 receptacle on all Scrim Jim Cine frame tubes.

This mounting method is also an extremely effective way to mount any Flex LED mat in combination with Scrim Jim Cine Frames.
