Designed for acoustic guitarists in amplified settings, the Zoom AC-2 Acoustic Creator serves as a direct input device that seeks to replicate the authentic sound of your guitar, compensating for the tonal qualities that are often diminished when using standard acoustic pickups. This pedal includes 16 source presets, ensuring that whether your instrument is a dreadnought or a parlor guitar, it provides the appropriate sonic profile. Additionally, presets are available for upright bass, nylon-string guitars, and 12-string instruments.

An onboard switch allows you to select between magnetic and piezo configurations, thus customizing the pedal’s mechanics for various systems. A three-band equalizer enables you to adjust the tone of your instrument, complemented by features such as reverb, adjustable volume, anti-feedback control, and a built-in tuner. Additionally, a boost switch provides up to 9 dB of gain for lead breaks or solos. Regardless of the tone selected, the high-quality, low-noise preamp ensures a rich and resonant sound. The prominent volume knob manages both input gain and output level, removing uncertainty in sound level matching.
